In an effort to keep inventory current, and of top quality, items must be in new condition for returns. We offer a 90 day return window on regular stock items. (except for saddles, see below) Returns must have a receipt for a refund. Refunds from a check transaction will be issued 10 business days after purchase. Special Order Sales are final. Warranty and defective returns will be case-by-case depending on manafacturer's guidelines, give us a call.
SADDLES: We offer a saddle return time of 5 days. Saddles are expected to be cinched up to test for fit and comfort for horse and rider, but must be in the same condition as purchased for a full refund. They can't show excessive riding, and must be free of wear marks, dirt, hair, blue-jean marks and rain spots. To allow for shipping, online or phone saddle sales will be extended return to 14 days from date of purchase. (saddle should return to our door within 14 days)
