For example, if you normally wear 58cm, but it feels a little too snug, you may need to go up to 59cm, which goes from medium to large shell. Because you are moving up to a large shell, you may need some extra padding to take up the extra room, choosing the 59cm with either 15mm or 12mm of padding. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe liners are listed from smallest to largest. Because the millimeters refers to the amount of padding in the liner, more padding makes the liner fit a smaller head. Thus the higher numbers appear first in the list.
