A full cheek bit assists with turning and when used with a set of bit keepers, becomes very stable in the horse’s mouth. Often helpful for sensitive horses, full cheek bits should not be used in mounted games like polocrosse in which where equipment could be caught on the extended bars. 12mm mouth; 120mm cheeks.
