Evoke Helmet Liner for Orion Jockey Skulls

Orion liners are washable (hand washing recommended), breathable liners designed for Orion skulls to provide the correct fit for rider's head. 

Standard vs. Custom Liners

Orion has three shell sizes: Small, Medium, and Large.

Small: fits 53cm – 56cm heads

Medium: fits 57cm – 59cm heads

Large: fits 60cm – 62cm heads

In cases where your head falls between shell sizes, the custom liners will help achieve the best fit. For example, if you normally take 59cm, but even the biggest 59cm (59cm - 3mm) is a little too snug, you may need to go up to 60cm. Because you are moving from medium to large shell, you may need some extra padding to take up the extra room, so the 60cm - 15mm offers the most padding, followed by the 60cm - 13mm. This is why sizes at the top or bottom end of a shell size may have several options with different millimeters of padding. 

The liners are listed from smallest to largest. Because the millimeters refers to the amount of padding in the liner, more padding makes the liner fit a smaller head. Thus the higher numbers appear first in the list. In cases where there are custom sizes, the millimeters for the standard in that size is provided for comparison.

All evoke helmets must be worn with the evoke liner designed for that helmet. Helmets should never be used without a liner and liners are not interchangeable across models. Callisto models use Evoke Liners; Elara models use Elara Liners; Orion skulls use Orion Liners.
