The Neue Schule Verbindend Hunter Dee Bit with 16mm double-jointed Salox® Gold mouth and stainless steel cheeks features a design that magnifies and clarifies rein signals. Gently shaped with a lozenge center, the curved mouthpiece helps create a channel for the tongue, which encourages the horse to soften and relax through the jaw, and which normally helps stop tongue evasions.

Verbindend bits are commonly selected to help promote self-carriage and thoroughness in a horse and to help develop freedom through the shoulders. It can also enhance the development of the bend for lateral work and smaller circles. The D-ring cheek adds some directional control and can be helpful for tight turns during faster work.
